Enriches data incidents with lineage, ownership, severity, and downstream impact — then phones the on-call engineer through ElevenLabs and Twilio and posts structured Slack reports.
Built the AI assistants that help healthcare companies stay compliant, where a wrong answer has real consequences, so every answer had to be reliable and easy to explain. Designed a questionnaire system that catches people trying to game it, and built the pipeline that turns company files into answers on screen. Now working on the platform customers use to set up their own AI workflows, and mentoring the interns and junior developers on the team.
